Free Class Reflection

 Today in we talked about random things. The teacher came over while some girls and I were talking about gender, sex and sexuality. She was trying to understand it but it is very difficult to understand. I don't even really understand it all but I try to respect everyone. My friends were talking about when we first meet each other. It was a pretty good conversation because we talked about first impressions. We also compared music taste, I don't really like rap so one of the persons music I was listening to wasn't giving. Its not really much to say, that's all we did.

So LAME!!! Reflection

 Today we didn't do anything in class. Me and Mr. Rease reviewed my essay and it turns out I got a 60%. So LAME!!! I wish I did better. I had a lot of incorrect spelling and grammar mistakes. Another issue I had was explaining my evidence. I didn't go into a full explanation, I suppose. Other than that I finished the assignments that I had in other classes. I really hope I can leave this class with at least a 85%.

 Something that is never going to get better is the earth. I know there are lots of people that are actively trying to save it. People plant trees, recycle, try to deduce their carbon foot print, and go to beach cleanups to attempt to save the ocean, which is great, but there are also doubled amount of people that don't care the earth is dying. There are companies that thrive off of destroying the earth with factories, and dumping waste in the ocean. Carbon is so easy to put into the earth that no one really can stop the growth of it. People smoke cigarettes, cause fires, even cows contribute to putting carbon in the air. XD  I don't see how we can reverse the damage we've done especially because the world is evolving in a way that promotes destroying it.

Essay reflection

Today we went over our essay. I think I could work on shortening my quote and only adding the most important bits of it. I could have definitely used better rhetorical devices to use get my point across rather than repetition. I definitely didn’t write enough to get a proper score. Instead of letting rhetorical devices come to me, I actively looked for them. I also didn’t write my paragraphs very neatly. I definitely have a lot to improve on.
